Hunter Patterson

MD/PhD Candidate

Originally from North Carolina, Hunter completed his undergraduate training at Washington University in St. Louis before ultimately joining the Miller Lab as an MD/PhD student in 2018. His work focuses on defining the role that microRNAs and C9orf72 mutations play in causing ALS. When he’s not in lab, Hunter may be found relaxing at the Forest Park Archery Range or running events with the Young Scientist Program’s Anatomy Teaching Team.
